The Prince in the Tree
from the Old Woman in the Wood

From Grimm and Other Folk Tales.
One of my personal projects from 2009.

One of the central ideas for my Grimm and Other Folk Tales show was that I wanted to provide an experience for people. I wanted whoever saw the show to be able to leave with a richer understanding of art, the process, and of the stories themselves.

One of the ways I tried to do this was through the use of quotes by people who had a much better grasp of the English language. With out further ado, here are the pieces paired with the quotes I picked.

Prints available from my shop.
